This package is for the bride or groom that has their venue, vendors, and decor nailed down, but you want a wedding professional to ensure that all of your details are managed correctly. This package allows you and your guests to focus on making memories, having fun, and celebrating your marriage.
8 hours of wedding day management
3 meetings including 1 consultation, 1 planning meeting, 1 finalization meeting
1 hour rehearsal coordination
Setup and teardown management/assistance
- Includes making a plan for setup and teardown of all decor and necessary items. Does not include complete setup & teardown services, but will assist as needed and within the scope of work. Our team will ensure that everything will be done well and efficiently.
Vendor detail management
- Collecting all details from vendors and being the day-of contact.
Detailed day-of timeline including vendor timelines
Collaboration with vendors and other event staff
1 Event assistant on-site for 6 hours (more if necessary)
